Heat Treat Operator, 2nd Shift

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Heat Treat Operator that can load and unload furnaces and maintain compliance records. Successful candidate will have an understanding of the Heat Treat and Braze process and be able to perform light assembly work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Load/Unload heat treat furnaces
  • Maintain compliance records
  • Preform light assembly work
  • Work with outside services firms as necessary to accomplish needed repairs.
  • Perform general Preventative Maintenance tasks
  • Work from company Operation Sheets/Blueprints

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The qualified candidate must demonstrate training ability and be able to support internal customer needs. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred).  A minimum of 5 years of hands on experience working with Heat Treat Furnaces and Charting software.  Demonstrated knowledge of typical equipment in an industrial machine shop is a plus.
