JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced quality engineer looking to take the next step in their career.  This individual needs to be high energy and have a passion for process and driving a culture of quality and excellence.   The right person will have relevant experience in the aerospace industry in new product introduction, statistical process control, PFMEA, 8D analysis, root cause and corrective action just to name a few. Experience in a machine shop environment and with VISUAL manufacturing is a plus.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Support Implementation of an effective SPC program.
  • Assist Calibration Technician with Gage R&R/MSA studies for standard measuring tools and complex inspection fixtures.
  • Support the MRB process for nonconforming materials.
  • Generate Pratt & Whitney & GE Aviation FAI’s & ECAV for new and returning part numbers.
  • Develop PFMEA’s & Control Plans for Customer and Internal KPI’s.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Establish program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
  • Prior Certification as a DQR/DSQR Release Agent for Pratt & Whitney & GE Aviation.
  • Maintain performance and quality metrics.

  • BS in Engineering plus a minimum of three (3) year’s experience in an aerospace quality environment.
  • Familiarity Pratt & Whitney and/or GE Aviation quality systems.

  • Computer literate and understands quality system documentation such as Procedures, Work Instructions, Quality Records, and other controlled documentation.
  • Possess good communication skills, written and verbal.

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic who can diagnose and repair simple and complex machinery and equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks or other tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Perform repairs on CNC and manual machinery and equipment.
  • Perform building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary.
  • Implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Work with outside services firms as necessary to accomplish needed repairs.
  • Perform other maintenance duties as directed.
  • Confers with engineers about quality assurance of new products designed.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

The qualified candidate must demonstrate training ability and be able to support internal customer needs. JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Tig Welder who can weld a variety of Materials, thicknesses and configurations, and help to enhance the productivity of our organization. The successful candidate will also be required to perform work quality checks.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Weld materials in strict compliance with written procedures to aerospace standards.
  • Perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be used on projects.
  • Ensure that every machine procedure is done in accordance with the strict guidelines of the company.
  • Inspect the work area and machines that were used during the day prior to leaving at the end of each shift.
  • Follow all company safety protocol.
  • Maintain tooling in good working order and perform required tooling maintenance.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machinery per procedures.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualified candidate must demonstrate training ability and be able to support internal customer needs. The individual must be able to accurately read blueprints, able to lift a maximum of 25 pounds. They must be committed to quality, safety and communication and be a team player. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred). A minimum of 5 years of hands on Aerospace welding experience in Tig welding. Must possess strong basic math skills and have a proven history of working with gauges, calipers and other inspection equipment.

We are looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Operator who can run a variety of CNC machines and help to enhance the productivity of our organization. The successful candidate will perform work quality checks and monitor machine output each hour.

  • Perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be used on projects.
