JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced CNC Mill Operator who can run a variety of CNC machines and help to enhance the productivity of our organization. The successful candidate will perform work quality checks and monitor machine output each hour.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be used on projects.
- Perform Tool Changes and monitor tool wear.
- Monitor part cycle time and meet expectations.
- Monitor and complete daily schedules.
- Read, understand and work to company Operation Sheets.
- Complete in process Inspection checks utilizing calipers, Micrometers, and height gages.
- Ensure that every machine procedure is done in accordance with the strict guidelines of the company.
- Inspect the work area and machines that were used during the day prior to leaving at the end of each shift.
- Follow all company safety protocol.
- Maintain tooling in good working order and perform required tooling maintenance.
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery per procedures.

- Develop process documentation to manufacture parts to customer supplied drawings and technical data.
- Process engineering change documentation including significant 3D modeling of parts.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function for the Company. This includes, but is not limited to: recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, legal compliance, safety and health. The HR Manager will work closely with the Management Team to develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the Company’s business objectives and promote a positive and productive work environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. This would include such things as maintenance of the Employee Handbook, updating communication areas and boards and other organizational processes that impact the employee base.
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews and making job offers.
- Work with managers and supervisors to prepare employees for their assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and job or department level training programs.
- Nurture a positive working environment and employee relations. This would include occasionally participating in periodic employee meetings and surveys.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Provide training and guidance in the process and forms completion to drive consistency and fairness.
- Counsel employees and supervisors regarding employee issues and performance gaps. Administer disciplinary actions and terminations.
- Maintain pay and benefits programs including:
- Coordination with the TPA to administer the Company’s benefit programs.
- Oversight of the Company’s workers compensation
- React in a timely manner and drive resolution of issues.
- Assess general training needs and monitor training programs. This would include participation and assistance with safety training and involvement and coordination with quality on other employee training requirements (FAA, etc.). Manage the training records and actively review gaps and dates for mandatory training requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment law. (EEO, OSHA 300, FLSA, FMLA, etc.).
- Develop and monitor the annual budget for HR related costs. Work with the finance team to project and forecast HR related expenses.
- Coordinate and drive employee events and community involvement. Occasionally represent the Company at job fairs and other recruiting events.
- Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree. In lieu of degree, will consider 10+ years of experience in Human Resources and completion of SHRM-CP, PHR or SHRL.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment (Preferred).
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases including payroll processing systems such as ADP, Paycom, etc.
- Ability to assist in and have input on strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who can design and develop manufacturing processes to fabricate parts in a machine shop environment and help to enhance the productivity of our organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop process documentation to manufacture parts to customer supplied drawings and technical data.
- Apply working knowledge of machining, welding and metal forming to the manufacturing process.
- Maintain functional authority for controls and process integration within area of assigned responsibility.
- Develop and utilize standardized design criteria across all product and processes.
- Evaluate and implement engineering change requests into appropriate documentation and follow change request through all approvals.
- Provide technical support to shop personnel.
- Estimate/support new part introduction process which will include estimating costs for new parts.

We are looking for an experienced Tool & Die Maker who can fabricate and repair metalworking dies, cutting tools, jigs and fixtures from CAD models and a variety of engineering definition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Must be able to study blueprints, sketches, models, or descriptions, and visualizes product to determine materials required and machines to be used to fabricate parts.
- Use sketches, blueprints, specifications, and models to plan operations for the fabrication of dies, tools, and assemblies, ensuring safety and maximum efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems and perform repairs on tools, manually operated dies and fixtures.
- Select the appropriate metals and materials to be used based on properties, ensuring they meet project specifications.
- Computes dimensions, plans layout, and determines assembly method and sequence of operations.
- Measures, marks, and scribes metal stock for machining.
- Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathes, milling machine, shaper, and grinder, to machine parts, and verifies conformance of machined parts to specifications.
- Lifts machined parts, positions, and secures parts on surface plate or worktable.
- Verifies dimensions, alignments, and clearances.
- Examines standard or previously used dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures, and recommends design modifications regarding construction and function of part tool.
- Develops specifications from general descriptions for specialty tools and drafts or sketches design of product.
